Yuan fix at lowest level since Sept 2010

The Chinese central bank, PBOC, sets the Yuan reference rate at the weakest levels since September 2010. The USD/CNY midpoint was fixed at 6.7008 versus 6.6778, as the Chinese markets re-opened today after Golden Week holidays.
